The place is great and spacious. It was clean, had clear instructions on checking in and out. It’s 20 mins from downtown dallas. The neighborhood is calm. The pool was the highlight. The only thing to pay attention to is that the description says it’s for 16 guests but it’s actually for 8 and then each guest you have after that is an additional cost. It was mentioned in the guest policy but i didn’t pay attention to it and wanted people to be aware but other than that it’s a great place. Thanks for having us.

This place was a great home for the activities that we had planned. There was ample space for the eight adults and two kids. Not once did any of us feel cramped. The pool was great, too!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient to shopping, which made everything easy. The heated pool was great and definitely a highlight of our trip especially the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some, it was fully stocked and very functional. The space was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. Even though this was a last-minute booking, everything worked out perfectly. We would definitely stay here again!

Gregory is a very responsive and understanding host. Any issues that occurred throughout our two week stay were immediately taken care of. Great home and great outdoor bbq/pool area.

Honestly, my only regret is not booking an extra day to enjoy the home. Yes this home was THAT nice! Everything exceeded expectations, and the communication was top tier. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t even hesitate you’ll love it. Shoutout to Grigory and Ricky for an amazing stay!

This is a great house with an amazing outdoor area! It was great to host a small gathering. The outside area was so good that’s where everyone wanted to be. I was pleasantly surprised they had so many things already there that I thought I would have to buy regarding the pool and to host a celebration. There was plenty of space and it felt very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We needed a big place for a business deal and some local movie making and it was the perfect house for the crew.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Ricky was great—very responsive to all our questions and went out of his way to accommodate us with extra items we needed during our stay. The house itself was spacious and easily fit our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids practically lived in the heated pool—it was definitely a highlight along with the play room activities! The neighborhood was nice and conveniently close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

We loved our stay. I wish our schedule was not as busy, so we could have relaxed more. The outdoor space was fantastic. The kids loved the pool. The gym was great! This was a wonderful place. If we return to this area we would not hesitate to book this place again.

Great time here! Very family friendly place. Beautiful furniture. Fun pool/hot tub and outdoor area. No issues with the neighbors or parking. House had plenty of beds, TVs, and amenities like bidets with heated seats and soap sets in the showers. Hosts were very responsive. Paid the fees to heat the pool and hot tub, just know that they can't be heated simultaneously. Also no street parking, only their drive way in a back ally.

The hosts were very responsive and asked numerous times how things were and if we needed anything. When the time came that we needed items, they were responsive and provided for our needs. The pool and hot tub were as warm as promised even with the record breaking cold temps. (27° was the high a couple days) The house was warm and cozy as well!! Thank you for the great experience!! We will come back.

Our stay was amazing. Myself and family were able to enjoy a memorable time together. I wish we had booked it longer. There is so much to enjoy in pure comfort surrounded by a peaceful ambiance The hosts were so proactive, timely, and friendly when answering our questions and communicating in general!

The stay was good and relaxing. Space was more than enough. The kitchen had a good amount of appliances. Everything the listing said it would be. Only request would be a coffee maker or Keurig not everyone likes espresso. The patio was nice and peaceful. I would recommend access to toilet paper and trash bags. With the amount of people the house holds the one roll was not enough. I would stay again. Thank you for having us.

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly like the photos—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The pool was a highlight and provided hours of fun and relaxation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we were never bored with all the amenities available. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house!! Worked perfectly for our family, very quiet - we felt right at home! Hosts were responsive and helpful during our stay. We did encounter an issue with the shower handle but it was fixed quickly and the hosts made it right. Would stay again if ever in the Dallas area!!

The house was beautiful and we had a great stay! I do think the price to have the pool heated was a little much so I’d ask about that before you book if you’re interested in heating the pool/hot tub. The house was great though! The beds are super comfy!

This place is amazing and in a very nice area! They respond very fast, the back yard is amazing and the food base of the house matches! Only issue is I couldn’t live there permanently! Super amazing house and host!!

My team and I stayed here while working in the area . We found the house very nice and as advertised . Was a quiet neighborhood and we had relaxing evenings in the backyard . Will definitely book again if in the area .

Amazing Airbnb

We recently had to be in the Lancaster/Dallas area for work. Grigory’s home was located within a few miles of where we were working all week, so the location was perfect for us. The house is incredibly well appointed for families or a small group like ours, with everything you’d need and more. Very clean and quiet. It was the perfect place for us to relax and rest after some long work days. Although we didn’t take advantage of the beautiful pool or hot tub, if you’re traveling as a family with kids, I’d imagine they’d never want to leave. Between the game room, pool/spa, trampoline, ping pong, outdoor kitchen, etc etc it’s like a private resort. Highly recommend.

Me and my family travel at least twice a year. This time we picked Texas to visit family we had not seen in years. Grigory’s place was EVERYTHING we needed and more!! It was very kid friendly with kids cups, plates, silverware, pack n play, and high chair. Everything we needed for my 1 year old! The pool was great use from my older kids and family! They had pool accessories there, we also bought some during our stay and left them there for others to enjoy after us! The home was beautiful and exactly as described! The host was very responsive anytime we had a question! We will definitely be back and hope to make this a yearly visit. This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at!

The area and the house was nice, which suited my family fine. However when first arrived there was stuck on food and crumbs on the kitchen counters, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the fridge had not been wiped out. We had groceries to put away so we had to buy supplies to clean. We also noticed stains on a lot of the furniture and some pillows. The bathrooms did seem to be pretty clean. There was also a LOT of brown/black beetles that got into the house. We messaged the hosts about this issue and the asked for pictures and said they would send a cleaning team out. I sent pictures of the bugs and stains but had cleaned the kitchen before I took pictures. no other mention of the cleaning team coming out. Which wasn’t an issue since I’d cleaned already. Pool and jacuzzi does not filter or warm together. You have to ask every time you want one on. I also was charged a fee of five nights for a 7th guest who only stayed 3 nights when the rules say you can have 7 guests. Be weary of rules

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The fee to heat the pool and spa for 4 night stay was more than 2 months electric bill at my own house in the summertime where I also have a heated pool. So not sure why it costed so much, but it does heat quickly. The grill did not work nor did the outside refrigerator. But overall it was a nice stay and would stay there again, just would have been nice if the grill was working. They both were working day 1 but then a random maintenance man came over unannounced into the back yard and deactivated them during our stay for some reason. We had bought meat to grill and then it went to waste due to the grill being inactive. The owner did apologize and sent us something nice which was a good gesture but would have been nice to know there was a maintenance person arriving as it was unexpected to see him come in to the backyard suddenly.

Nice house and great pool... few cosmetic issues. Also had pool crew show up unexpectedly so would have preferred being informed on this.

This house was very beautiful and had lots of room for my family. The kids had a great time in the game room. I cook dinner and it had everything I needed. They even have a good bit of seasoning. Just a few things I will like to mention to you guys. When you pay for the heated pool the spa will not be able to be on at the same time. We had an incident where my kids ask for the spa to be turned on not knowing it will cut off the heated pool. We was unaware of that. $120 for heated pool is what I paid. It’s cheaper if it’s 15 hours before I believe, not really sure. Also read the rules please after 6 guest your paying and extra 39.00 per person. That is not included when you booked. The a whole different separate payment. Which was hard for me to find. I booked the same day my arrival are you have a couple of things you have to sign like this form and send your ID and everything which is fine. It just was a hassle for me since I was packing and trying to leave. Overall we had nice time.

The house was awesome! They had everything we needed in the kitchen, the beds were nice, and the outdoor area was a nice place to unwind at the end of every day.

Our stay was amazing! Communication was spectacular! The pool and trampoline were rest and the beds were super comfortable! I said to my husband, " I want to live here!"
